Ballet
We offer ballet classes for all ages; from Nursery through our graded syllabus to Adult classes for all abilities!
We teach RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) syllabus classes, where we can offer students the opportunity to take graded exams. They will learn the foundations of ballet through technical exercises, dances and eventually begin Character dance work and pointe classes. Students also have the opportunity to perform on a big stage in our school shows.
Mummy and Me Ballet
Our Mummy and Me classes are very popular and have been running for many years. The perfect morning classes to get you and your little one moving together!
We have created our own syllabus after many years of teaching little ones ballet.
Our ballet class is a fun introduction class to the world of ballet, a class taken with the parent/carer. Especially created for this age group of under 3's, we use lots of props and familiar music, incorporating simple steps and movements appropriate for the child's age.
Street / Commercial
Our Street / Commercial classes build student's confidence, style and technique!
The classes explore different sub-styles whilst building strength, fitness and versatility.
We currently offer Infant, Junior and Senior Street / Commercial classes.
These students can take group and solo Street Dance graded exams through the IDTA dance board. Older students are able to gain UCAS points after passing higher level examinations. Students also have the opportunity to perform on a big stage in our school shows.
Tap
Our Tap classes follow the IDTA syllabus. Children from the age of 5 can start our Beginners Tap classes. Older and experienced students will work through graded classes. Tap classes are great for learning rhythm, co-ordination and having fun!
We offer class exams through the IDTA dance board, where older students can gain UCAS points after successfully passing higher exam grades. Students also have the opportunity to perform on a big stage in our school shows.
Contemporary
Our contemporary classes explore different styles and dynamics to build student's technique, strength and flexibility. Contemporary is an expressive style mixing ballet, lyrical and jazz.
We offer group and solo Contemporary Dance exams through the IDTA dance board, where older students can gain UCAS points after successfully passing higher exam grades. Students also have the opportunity to perform on a big stage in our school shows.
Contemporary
Modern Jazz
Modern Jazz classes follow the IDTA syllabus. Students will work through graded classes learning Modern Jazz technique, co-ordination and performance skills.
Classes will build strength, flexibility and confidence!
We offer class exams through the IDTA dance board, where older students can gain UCAS points after successfully passing higher exam grades. Students also have the opportunity to perform on a big stage in our school shows.
